I am Hanyu Zhu (朱涵宇), a Ph. D. candidate in Economics at National School of Development (NSD), Peking University.

My research explores the causes and consequences of low fertility rates. 

I am also passionate about exploring the mechanisms of civil servant recruitment processes, with a particular focus on gender dynamics and their implications.
