I am Hanyu Zhu (朱涵宇), Assistant Professor at the School of Economics, Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE). I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from the National School of Development at Peking University and completed my undergraduate studies with a B.A. in Economics at CUFE.

My research explores the causes and consequences of low fertility rates. 

I am also passionate about exploring the mechanisms of civil servant recruitment processes, with a particular focus on gender dynamics and their implications.
